The standard labor rate is $80.00 per hour.
An onsite visit is charged for all time spent on site at the
labor rate.
An additional $20.00 is charged for travel for visits outside
the service
area listed on the Service
Areas Page.
On going web site work is charged via a client tab. Typical web site
additions and
alterations take only a few minutes each and are charged only for the actual
portion
of the hour used to perform work. The client tab is mailed when the total
reaches or
exceeds 1 hour of work.
Much of my work is performed via remote internet connections. This is done
by connecting
directly to your PC or server over the internet to see and share desktop
control to answer
technical questions or to perform requested repairs. Remote
residential or commercial work
where repairs or maintenance is performed via a remote connection from my
office is
also charged using a client tab. Requests for remote repairs or technical
assistance takes
only a few minutes each and are charged only for the actual portion of the
hour used
to perform work. The client tab is mailed when the total reaches or exceeds
1 hour of work.
